Help to organize and manage new employees’ orientation, on-boarding and training programs. • Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department. • Organizing the exit interviews and recognizing the reasons of resignation. • Listing to employees’ complaints and visited to different branches of company for overlook the matter and took decision for employees’ betterment. • Maintain the monthly and yearly review performance report as per the sale targets allocate to team leaders and relationship managers. • Coordinates with head office for all the issues arise regarding salary and other documentations like ESI, Advancement and experience certification.
